Apple-cinnamon cake

Preheat the oven (electric 175°C, fan 160°C).
Mix the eggs with the butter. Add the contents of the bottle and a pinch of salt to the mixture. Mix until well combined and spoon into a greased or lined cake tin.
Place the tin in the center of the oven for 60–70 minutes. Check the cake with a skewer every now and then. If there is any batter left on it, it can be left a little longer! If the skewer is clean, the cake is ready!
Tip
Another apple in the house? Cut these into thin slices and place on the cake as a garnish. That completes him!

Prefer vegan? Egg! Replace the butter with an equal amount of margarine and the eggs with a chia seed paste. 1 tablespoon of chia soaked in 3 tablespoons of water is equal to 1 egg.
