Postage costs

The Netherlands:

We ship orders within the Netherlands free of charge from € 39.00.
For orders under €39.00, the shipping costs are €6.95.

Belgium and Germany:

We ship orders within Belgium and Germany free of charge from €59.00.
For orders under €59.00, the shipping costs are €13.00.

Delivery and delivery times

If you order before 2:00 PM on workdays and the item is in stock, we will do our best to ship the order the same day. Of course this often works, but not always. We ask for your understanding if we cannot always manage this due to the crowds. That is why we use a delivery time of between 1 and 3 working days. We ship our packages via Intrapost. Delivery will ultimately be carried out by DHL Parcel, PostNL or GLS. If you have received an email with a track and trace code, you will receive the order the next day.

Not at home?

If you are not at home at the time of delivery and if the delivery service has not been able to deliver the package to your neighbors, the delivery service will deliver your package to a nearby ServicePoint the next day. The delivery service will leave a card in your mailbox. With the code on this card you can see via track and trace where your package will be delivered.

Your package will remain at a ServicePoint for a maximum of 7 days. As soon as the shipment has been delivered, you will receive a message from us and after three days we will send a reminder. Once the package has been there for a week, it will be returned to Bijzondercadeau.nl. The costs of this return shipment are borne by the customer and will be deducted from the credit invoice of the products.

You can also choose to have your package delivered to your home or to your neighbors. You can then choose from different dates and time slots during the day and in the evening. If you would prefer to choose a different collection point, that is also possible. You can submit your choice until 11:59 PM.

Package delayed?

The delivery service aims to deliver your order within 1 working day. 99% of our orders are delivered within 1 working day. The remaining 1% is unfortunately delayed. We naturally find this very annoying, but unfortunately we have no influence whatsoever on this. If your order has not been delivered one day after the expected delivery date, please contact us by email info@bijzondercadeau.nl.

Please note: there is no delivery on Mondays, so delivery will be one day later.

Change or cancel your order

Do you want to change or cancel your order? No problem. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. This can be done by e-mail or telephone. In the event of a change, we will immediately adjust your order. If you want to cancel, we will arrange this immediately and refund your purchase amount the same day.

Do you want to change or cancel your order, but have you already received the shipping confirmation? Unfortunately, we can no longer adjust or cancel your order. In that case, use the return policy.

Exchange or return

Exchanging or returning your order is no problem at Bijzondercadeau.nl. You can exchange or return your order with us within 14 days of receipt.
