Fill the bath with water between 36-38 degrees. Add a handful of bath salts and let it dissolve. Dim the lights, light a (scented) candle, put on some music and relax. A warm bath with bath salts has a relaxing effect on your muscles. If you suffer from tired, sore muscles, a bath can give you relief. After the bath, rinse your body. You can also put a scoop of bath salts in a bowl of warm water for a nice foot bath. It relaxes your feet, but also warms your whole body. After such a (foot) bath you can sleep wonderfully.
